So You Want To Be A Salesperson?

So you've decided to become a salesperson? Well, I'm going to tell you right now this business isn't just for anybody. This business requires a certain personality with a lot of resilience and ability to pick yourself back up on the daily. The business of sales is a beautiful and wonderful rocky roller coaster. One day you're up and the next day you're down, but when you're down how can you make your way back up? Let's face it, this day in age working is getting more difficult, the competition is heavy, the world is running out of things like gas and real estate? The world is weird, so what's going to set you aside from the competition and take you to where you want to be in your sales career in this weird and distracting world. I can tell you right now that you're never going to be able to help everybody. That to me is the single most biggest mistake salespeople make, is thinking they are going to be able to sell their product to every single perso

When You're Put In A Position To Figure It Out, You Figure It Out

We are here to break habits, toxic cycles and knock down walls. Getting out of our comfort zone and GROWING. Growth is important, very very important in order to move up in this game of life. The difficult part is, that we usually only grow in discomfort. That means, trying something new or putting ourselves in positions where we could potentially fail which is scary as all can be. Why would we want to go ahead and set ourselves up for failure when we could stay in the safe comfortable space we set for ourselves? That's the journey, figuring it out. We will not take leaps and jumps or figure out new things for ourselves if we do not put ourselves in a position to do so. We will not get over fears, anxieties and learn new things if we do not put ourselves in a position to do so. For example, when you're afraid of rejection and have this deep rooted fear and anxiety of being rejected then you should go on a date, apply for a job you may not get and embrace the uncomfortable space

What To Do When You Don't Know What To Do

I come along the issue often when I don't know what I want. How is it I do not know what I want or where to go or what to do?! Honestly, you would think we all know who we are and what we want out of this life. There's just so many options. So many routes we can take in order to succeed, excel or grow.  One thing I came to terms with is that life is a game. I like to compare it to a video game. Once you beat the first level you can move on to the next but you have to use all the skills you gain each time in order to beat that level. That means make the changes in your life that moves you on to the next advancement. You'll have to use, in totality your mental, emotional and physical skills and understanding in order to beat the level. If needed, you call for a lifeline, you reach out to a friend for help, maybe a psychologist or coach and you pray.  This is how we find out who we are and if we are moving in the right direction. Life will give you signs as to which way to go
